This useful box is handmade from soapstone, also known as kisii stone. Kisii stone is mined in the Tabaka Hills of western Kenya. Gusii men in Kisii Town mine and convert the raw stone into a variety of shapes, and artists in Nairobi then decorate the raw shapes with a beautiful Kuba cloth inspired finish and add a carved cow bone pull. 4"L x 4"W x 2"T
